First up, I would like to talk about the newly designed reflector used in the T25. This is the first Olight product which doesn't use the half-smooth and half-textured hybrid reflector in their other current models. The gradient of texture from base to top of the reflector results in a nice looking beam producing a hotspot which is not as sharply defined, and slightly broader as well. This also removes the blue fringing which appears around the hotspot as seen with the hybrid reflector. The dark ring around the hotspot is still present though. Beam tint from the Q5 WC emitter is a neutral white, leaning slightly toward the cool side at the brightest level. Regulation is maintained very consistently throughout the life of the battery and sharply drops off at the end. Good choice of brightness levels which is twice as bright at each step up.
Here's a rundown of the modes available and how they're accessed.
Constant Illumination:
Click on the push button, cycles through the 5 brightness levels from dimmest to brightest by loosening then tightening the head within 1 second each time. Brightness level is memorized even when powered off.
Strobe:
Half-press the push button while on any level in Constant Illumination mode. Light will strobe on its brightest level. Mode is not memorized, light will revert to constant illumination mode the next time its turned on.
S.O.S. (Low Brightness):
Half-press the push button while in Strobe mode. Light will blink the S.O.S. sequence on low brightness level. Mode is not memorized, light will revert to constant illumination mode the next time its turned on.
S.O.S. (High Brightness):
Loosen then tighten the head within 1 second while in S.O.S. (Low Brightness) mode. S.O.S. sequence will now blink on high brightness level. Mode is not memorized, light will revert to constant illumination mode the next time its turned on.

Here's the runtime graph comparing the relative 190 and 45 lumens level of the Regular and Tactical versions.
